  I am a profoundly deaf mother of two, working full-time. My hearing aids are my lifeline — without them, I can’t communicate, work, or care for my children. Amplifon has treated me with shocking disregard and dishonesty. The complaints process was a disgrace: one person handled my case, only working two days a week and replying right at the end of those days. When she went on holiday for two weeks, my complaint was left to gather dust. I received no updates, no support — nothing. The hearing aids I bought were branded Amplifon but sold to me as “actually Phonak, just a different name.” That was a blatant lie. I have since learned they use substandard parts, which explains the massive price difference compared to genuine Phonak models. Instead of admitting fault or issuing a refund, they fobbed me off with backup hearing aids to shut me up. Only when I threatened legal action did they finally take me seriously. For a company that claims to provide care and trust, Amplifon has shown me nothing but neglect, deception, and contempt. If you value your hearing, your money, and your dignity — avoid them at all costs.

  Phoned before going - no answer. When I got there I found out why, they had closed up for the day before 15.45. Wasted trip, and much worse temper after traipsing to store for nothing

  Fantastic service always there to help you if needed. The hearing aids are truly great couldn't ask for more really. I can hear again and the great thing is they're bluetoothed !! Amazing technology.
